We promise you will fall in love with our products within 60 days, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your RevitaLash Cosmetics product purchased through revitalash.com, simply return the unused portion of your product and we will be happy to process an exchange or remit your account for the full amount of the purchase, less your original shipping & handling, within 90 days of purchase.

PRINT IT

Our Customer Care team will provide you with a pre-paid return label via email. Simply print the label from your email, and complete & print the return form.

PACK IT

Carefully pack your items to be returned, including all original packaging, into the box and include the completed return form. Seal the box and affix the prepaid label to the outside.

SHIP IT

Take the package to any delivery service company. Full instructions are included in the return label email. Our Customer Care team will provide a return form via email, along with instructions for processing your return.
